You can now create color variables and set variable values of different modes to speed up the process of multi-theme designs, such as dark mode, high contrast, etc. Regardless of the version you're using, you can create and use up to 99 variable modes. You can now easily remove all auto layouts on the selected frame and its nested frames using "Remove all auto layout" feature in the right-click menu under "More layout options".

In Dev Mode, UIColor, ARGB, and other syntax suitable for SwiftUI and Compose code are now supported. You can select the syntax that matches your coding preferences, allowing you to directly apply copied color properties in your code.

We optimized the logic for calculating text line heights and baselines, making the design in Motiff more closely aligned with the actual rendering results in the development phase.

When creating a new frame, we support preset sizes for iPhone 16 series devices, which allows you to preview your designs even if you don't have the latest devices. Moreover, we have added preset sizes for common paper sizes, making graphic design more convenient.

We have added SwiftUI and Compose to Dev Mode. You can choose from the code settings in Dev Mode as needed.

On the Organization plan, admins can set up a default library for the entire organization. This library will be automatically enabled in all files created within the organization. Organization members will no longer need to enable it manually for each new file. Learn more

Team admins can set up a default library for the team. This library will be automatically enabled for all files created within the team. Team members will no longer need to enable it manually for each new file.

AVIF is an open image file format for storing images or image sequences compressed with AV1. Compared to formats like JPEG and WebP, AVIF offers higher compression efficiency while maintaining superior image details. In recent years, AVIF has become one of the most commonly used image file formats on the web. Now, you can set the export file type to AVIF in the export settings.

If you prefer to work with the Motiff desktop app instead of your browser, you can open Motiff in your browser and select "Open links in desktop app" in the preferences settings. Once set, every time you open a Motiff file in your browser, you will automatically be redirected to the desktop app to open the file.

Based on user feedback during the beta testing, we have optimized the performance for high-frequency scenarios:

• Upgrade performance for file import: The speed of file import and the first-time file opening after import is now faster.
• Higher efficiency for file creation: The time to create a new file is reduced to 0.5 seconds. You can start your design swiftly.
• Faster file opening: File opening speed has been improved for a smoother experience.

On the Organization plan, organization admins can upload shared fonts. Once uploaded, other members can use the fonts directly without installing it. Learn more

We have supported some new middle mouse button interactions.

• You can drag the canvas by long-pressing the middle mouse button to switch to the hand tool.
• In the desktop app, you can middle-click on a tab to close it.

We support two additional blend modes: darker and lighter. They are mainly applied in iOS design. Learn more

We have added a module for selected color in Dev Mode. It shows all colors within the selected range, which allows developers to quickly view and copy colors for easier integration.

We officially launch three plans to meet the diverse needs of different teams, including Starter plan, Professional plan, and Organization plan. The Starter plan is free to use and has all basic editing features. The Professional plan is tailored for individuals and small teams. The Organization plan is suitable for medium to large organizations.
