Guide to comments

You can use the Add comment tool in the document to give feedback, gather inputs from others to refine your design, and speed up the iteration process in your design.

Click '24_toolbar_comment.svg' in the toolbar or press C to enter comment mode. Your cursor will change to '24_toolbar_comment.svg' .

View comments

After you or a team member adds comments to the document, the comments will be displayed at the corresponding position on the canvas.

You can directly view and reply to comments on the canvas or view and manage comments in the comment panel on the right sidebar after entering comment mode.

You can also hide or show comments at any time.

Note: When you enter comment mode, you cannot make changes to the content on the canvas at this time. You need to press Esc or select another tool to continue editing the file.

Add comments

You can add comments. Motiff supports the following actions:

  • Add comments to the file.
  • Mention collaborators in the comments.
  • Use emoji in comments.

Manage comments

You can view and manage comments. Motiff supports the following actions:

  • View comments.
  • Hide comments.
  • Sort/filter comments within the document.
  • Reply to comments.
  • Mark comments as resolved.
  • Delete comments.

You can also manage notifications for comments.

Edit comments

You can move and edit comments, Motiff supports the following actions:

  • Edit comments.
  • Move the position of comments.
