Announcement of Refund Details

Dear Motiff Users,

Motiff's UI editor will completely cease service on August 22, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC-7). The specific refund plans are as follows:

For all registered users

  • Starting today, all Motiff features will be free to use until the UI editor is no longer in service. This will give you enough time to back up and migrate all your design assets.

For users who are in subscription status as of July 30, 2025 (including those who have scheduled cancellations but are still within the service period)

  • We will refund all payments made after June 30, 2025.
  • For payments made between May 30, 2025, and June 30, 2025, we will refund the portion used to purchase the next month's service.
  • If your account has remaining credits, we will convert them into a monetary value for the refund.

Tip: Billing fees consist of three parts:

  1. 1.The amount paid for the next month's service.
  2. 2.Unpaid amounts from the previous month (such as seat additions or upgrades).
  3. 3.Credits in your account used for deduction.

For example: If you subscribed to Motiff on May 15, 2025, your billing date is the 15th of each month.

  • On May 15, you paid $5 to purchase a design seat and added a team member to the design seat on May 22.
  • On June 15, you need to pay a $13 bill, where $10 is for purchasing two design seats for the next month's service, and $3 covers the unpaid seat upgrade fees from the previous month.
  • On July 15, you paid $10.
  • Motiff will refund the $10 paid on July 15 and the portion used to purchase the next month's service from the June 15 bill, which is $10, totaling $20.

Refunds will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method by August 14, 2025. If you have any queries or issues regarding the refund, please contact our support team at service@motiff.com.
