Motiff AI credits

Every interaction with Motiff AI consumes Motiff AI credits to understand your needs and generate final results. The amount of credits consumed depends on:

Model selection: Each model provides different capabilities, leading to different credit consumption.
Task complexity: Generally, the more complex or time-consuming the AI task, the more AI credits required.

Note: Credits are only consumed when AI successfully completes your task.

If a task fails or times out, Motiff AI will not deduct your AI credits.

If you actively interrupt a task, Motiff AI will deduct credits based on actual output content.

AI Credit Types

Motiff AI supports multiple types of AI credits.

Free monthly credits: Each account receives 100 credits upon registration completion, which are consumed first and reset to 100 at 0:00 UTC on the 1st of each month.
Monthly credits: When you subscribe to Motiff AI Pro plan, credits will automatically refresh on your monthly billing date.
Top-up credits: Top-up credits require additional purchase, these credits are permanently valid and never expire.
Event credits: Participate in Motiff AI's official irregular activities to earn event credits, with usage periods determined by each activity announcement.

AI credit consumption order: Free monthly credits → Monthly credits → Event credits → Top-up credits.

You can quickly preview your AI credit amount in the bottom right corner of the AI panel in the right sidebar. Hover your cursor to display the credit details card. 'Credits1.png'

Credit Refunds

To provide a better product experience, if you're unsatisfied with AI results, you can click the below the results, and Motiff AI will immediately refund the same amount of Event credits to your account, valid for one year.

Tip: Each user can receive a maximum of 100 event credits refunded per day.

To ensure fair usage, Motiff AI monitors abnormal behavior and takes appropriate risk control measures as needed.

How to get more credits?
- If you're a Starter Plan user, you can upgrade to Pro Plan to get 1000 credits per month.
- If you've already subscribed to Pro Plan, you can choose to purchase top-up credits ($20/1000 credits).
Additionally, you can follow Motiff AI's official activities and participate to earn Event credits.

Will my credits expire? AI credit validity depends on credit type.
- Free monthly credits: Automatically obtained 100 credits after successful account registration, reset monthly thereafter.
- Monthly credits: Will refresh monthly based on your billing date, will not carry over to the next month.
- Top-up credits: Permanently valid, never expire.
- Event credits: Will expire when official activities end.

What if AI results are unsatisfactory but credits were still deducted? Motiff AI highly values user product experience. If you're unsatisfied with AI results, you can click below the results, and Motiff AI will immediately refund the same amount of Event Credits to your account, valid for one year.

Why does local refinement consume the same credits as generating a full screen? Local refinement appears to modify a smaller range, but the model must process more information on the input side:
- Must read more context: To ensure modified modules naturally integrate with the full screen interface, the system sends complete context including selected layers, parent hierarchy structures, adjacent components, and even full screen information to the model.
- Billing based on "Input + Output tokens" total: Although final output is only local, due to significantly increased input token count, total token amount often approaches full screen generation, resulting in credit consumption equal to or occasionally higher than full screen interface generation.
