Payment and currency

Payment method and currency

You can pay for your subscriptions in U.S. dollars (USD) via major international credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay.

View invoice details

Invoices are available in the Billing section. You can view details of your billing by checking your invoices.

Note: In the Professional Plan, only team admins can manage billing for the team.

In the Organization Plan, only organization admins can manage the organization's bills.

Professional plan

  1. 1.Click on the team name in the sidebar to enter the team page.
  2. 2.Click Billing to enter the billing page.
  3. 3.Click View invoice to view the billing details.

Organization plan

  1. 1.Open the organization in the Motiff workspace.
  2. 2.Click Admin in the sidebar.
  3. 3.Click Billing to enter the billing page.
  4. 4.Click View invoice to view the billing details.

Sales tax

Motiff uses Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe charges sales tax, GST, or VAT on payments on your checkout sessions. For more information, see https://docs.stripe.com/tax/supported-countries.
