Motiff offers subscriptions on the Professional and Organization plans. On Motiff’s Professional plans, you can choose from a monthly or annual subscription. On the Organization plan, you will be billed annually. Team admins can add, manage, or renew their team’s subscription from Settings.
If you are on a monthly Professional plan, Motiff will bill you for your plan every month. The total price of your plan is based on the number of paid seats in your team.
You can also switch to an annual subscription and Motiff will bill you annually for your plan.
Note: When you switch to an annual subscription, Motiff will charge you for your annual subscription on the next monthly billing date。
Admins of a team on the monthly Professional plan can contact support to help you upgrade through the following steps:
Your annual subscription covers the number of seats you had when you first upgraded your team. You can still add more paid seats to your team. Those seats will be charged on a separate monthly subscription. Motiff will calculate the number of remaining days in the current billing cycle for these new team members. We'll then proportionally calculate the cost of their seats and charge you for these added seats on your next billing date (a fixed date every month).

Note: This is a manual process. You need to repeat this process every time you want to add extra paid seats to your annual subscription.

Caution: If you do not make any changes to your plan, your annual subscription will auto-renew. If needed, you can cancel the plan to prevent your annual subscription from renewing.
