Update your name or avatar

In Motiff, your name and avatar represent your identity.

Your name and avatar will be displayed in all the files, projects, teams, or organizations you work with. When viewing files, Motiff will display your avatar in the toolbar and your name in the multiplayer cursor on the canvas.

Change name

  1. 1.In the Motiff workspace, click on the avatar in the top right corner and select Settings. 'change name.png'
  2. 2.In the Settings popup, find the name field and click Change. 'change name 2.png'
  3. 3.Enter the name.
  4. 4.Click Confirm to complete the name change.

Note: Motiff only supports entering names within 32 characters.

Change avatar

If you have never set an avatar, Motiff will use a colored circle with the first letter of your name as your default avatar. You can upload a custom avatar from your local device and the collaborators will know who you are.

Motiff's avatar supports image formats including JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, and SVG.

  1. 1.In the Motiff workspace, click on the avatar in the top right corner and select Settings. 'change avatar.png' 'change avatar 2.png'
  2. 2.In Settings, click on the avatar to open the local file upload window.
  3. 3.Select an image from your computer and click Open.
  4. 4.Use the slider to scale, drag the image to adjust the area you want to display and click Confirm to apply the avatar.'change avatar 3.png'

Note: When uploading an avatar, Motiff requires that the image must be at least 300×300 pixels to ensure its clarity when used.
