Create a Motiff account
Sign up for Motiff using your email address.
- 1.Go to the Motiff registration page.
- 2.Enter your email.
- 3.Click Send code, and Motiff will send you an email with a verification code. Open your email and find the verification code.
- 4.Enter the verification code.
- 5.Set up a password.
- 6.Click Sign up, and you will immediately enter Motiff.
Log in to your account
You can log in to Motiff with your email and password.
- 1.Visit Motiff.com, and click Log in at the top right corner.
- 2.Enter your email and password.
- 3.Click Continue to complete the login.
Note: Motiff only supports logging into one account per browser. You must log out before switching to another account. If you need to use multiple accounts at the same time, please use a new browser or open an incognito mode to log in to other accounts.
Log in to Motiff mobile app
You can log in to the Motiff mobile app with your Motiff account to start device preview.
- Complete the login with your email and password.
- If you need to log in to another account, click on the avatar in the navigation bar to log out of the current account and log back in.
Forgot password
If you forget your password and cannot log in to your account, you can reset your password during login.
- 1.Click Forgot password at the bottom right corner of the login page to open the password reset page.
- 2.Enter the email you registered with.
- 3.Click Send code, and Motiff will send you an email with a verification code. Open your email and find the verification code.
- 4.Enter the verification code to complete verification.
- 5.Set a new password and complete the entry twice.
- 6.Click Reset to change your password and log in to Motiff.
