The Scale tool can achieve complete proportional scaling of the selected layer. During this process, the constraints of the internal layers will be ignored. The layer's stroke, shadow, corner radius, and other properties will be scaled proportionally along with the scaling size.
You can switch to the Scale tool by the following methods:
After switching to the scale tool, you can directly drag the bounding box of the layer on the canvas to scale, or scale from the right sidebar.
After selecting the layer, hover the cursor over the bounding box until the appearance of the cursor, then drag the bounding box to scale.
Tip: While dragging to scale on the canvas, hold down ⌥ Option to scale from the center point of the layer.
Scale multiplier: You can directly type a multiplier in the text field, or select a multiplier from the dropdown.
Dimensions fields: You can directly enter the width and height to scale.
Scale direction: You can adjust the scale center point as needed. The default setting is Scale from top left.
