Unpublish a library

To stop sharing styles and components from a component library, you need to unpublish the library. Unpublishing means that team members will not be able to access the library or receive updates to its styles and components.

  1. 1.

    Open the file you want to unpublish. Ensure you select the library file where the main components and styles are located.

  2. 2.

    Click the Asset panel and click '16_Panel_ComponentLibrary.svg' to open Local library or use the shortcut keys:

    • macOS: ⌥ Option + 3
    • Windows: Ctrl + 3
  3. 3.

    Click on the local component library.

  4. 4.

    Click Unpublish at the right of the library title.

Note: Team members can still use components from the unpublished libraries, but instances will not receive updates from the main component.
